Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Notah Begay III Foundation (NB3) is seeking a dynamic CEO/proven leader to direct its operations and growth. NB3 Foundation’s mission is to ensure Indigenous American children achieve their full potential by advancing cultures of Native American community health.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Leadership and Management; fundraising, communications and external partnerships; planning and strategic growth; financial management and oversight; Human Resources; operations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Seven (7)+ years in executive management roles; Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience required; success designing/leading organizational development and capacity building; experience with strategic, business and scenario planning; proven ability to build working partnerships; success in supervising and mentoring/developing staff; high-level, strategic understanding of Native American history and culture.
