Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Notah Begay III Foundation (NB3) is seeking a dynamic CEO/proven leader to direct its operations and growth. NB3 Foundation’s mission is to ensure Indigenous American children achieve their full potential by advancing cultures of Native American community health.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

We are looking for a face to the organization that can lead and energize the stakeholders; one that develops effective working relationships and can team build across cultural lines.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with preference given to the recipients of a Master’s degree; at least seven (7) years of progressive, related work experience, including: staff supervision, human resources, finance, and operations; demonstrated success designing and leading organizational development and capacity building; proven track record of strategic planning; and cultural competency working with Native American populations in a social justice context.
