Main Areas of Responsibility: 

La Vida Felicidad, Inc, a developmental services non-profit agency in NM, seeks a new CEO to oversee all agency operations. We are a solid, well-functioning, long-established service provider to young children, adults, and seniors. - Respect and empathy for clients and all levels of staff, including direct care entry-level staff.

Other Information/Requirements: 

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in social services field, preferably in special education.
- Deep experience in planning, developing, offering, and evaluating comprehensive services for individuals with special needs and their families.
- Advanced communication skills (both verbal & written) throughout the agency and the community, as well as with stakeholders & funding sources.
- A clear understanding of current accepted best practices in the provision of human services.
