Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Strategy:Provides leadership to CAASNM works w/ Board of Dir to establish long-range goals,strategies,plans&policies. ResourceManager:Responsible for implementing,managing&improving all aspects of strategic&operational performance.Manager/Outreach:representative for CAA w/respect creating relationships w/ other organizations,public&private agencies.Communicator/ProblemSolver/Leader:Responsible for developing consensus by effectively communicating challenges alternatives&recommendations

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Analytical-synthesizes complex&diverse info.Problem solves-id's&resolves problems in timely manner.OralCommunication-speaks clearly/persuasively conducts productive meetings.Leadership-inspires&motivates .Management-includes staff in planning decision making facilitating&process provides performance feedback develops&encourages subordinates’ skills growth.Judgment-willingness to make decisions exhibits sound&accurate judgment.Planning/organizing-prioritizes,efficient&develops realistic action.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s in SocialWork,Sociology,Bus.Admin w/ HumanResources option,PublicAdmin, EduAdmin or similar.Advanced degree may substitute-2yrs of req’d exp.5yrs of progressively responsible exp in admin/mgmnt of socialservices program or nonprofits w/ @least 2 of the 5yrs in an admin role;supervisory/managerial exp of employees w/ varying backgrounds.Strong knowledge of nonprofits.Position=subject to drug/alcohol testing&background check when mandated CAASNM/Gov agency.CAA=EEO & at will employer
