Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

As a member of the senior leadership team, the CDO leads a team responsible for fundraising strategies and outcomes for a cash budget of more than $8m. The CDO designs and implements a comprehensive development plan to increase the financial resources available to take the agency to the next level of service.
