Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The CES DV/HT Navigator helps connect homeless individuals to housing services, assesses clients, maintains caseloads, and ensures eligibility documentation. Responsibilities include outreach, collaboration, data entry, and linking clients to support services. The role requires travel, flexible hours, and occasional street outreach.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The CES Navigator conducts assessments, manages client caseloads, maintains records, and ensures eligibility for housing programs. They assist with documentation, provide outreach, and connect clients to support services. The role requires communication, flexibility, and occasional street outreach. Collaboration with community partners is key to client success.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness (NMCEH) has instituted a four-day work
week. Coalition hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm. This time off is dedicated
to ensuring our staff can focus on self-care and wellness. By prioritizing their well-being, we
are empowering them to continue their vital work in ending homelessness in New Mexico.
