Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

YWCA seeks an accomplished CEO/Executive Director who understands the leadership requirements working in high-profile community environments and who will bring visionary leadership, innovation, compassion and a genuine commitment to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all whose track record in leading and managing financial goals and quality measures have been highlighted by successful relationship development with a variety of constituents.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant leadership experience in the not-for-profit, for-profit or governmental sectors. At a minimum, a bachelor’s degree is required and a graduate degree is preferred.
