Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Do you love working in an early childhood environment and have experience managing teams and funding streams? We would love to talk to you about our Director of the Children's Learning Center position. The center is a bilingual (English/Spanish) and childcare option for families at or below 400% of the federal poverty level that are working, seeking employment, and/or in school in a job training program or searching for employment.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The center provides preschool classrooms (for children as young as 6 weeks old) as well as three NM Pre-K classrooms for all children. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the classroom as well as a proven track record at the supervisory and management levels in early childhood education. We are looking for someone who can maintain our high standard of early childhood education and adherence to state regulations and accreditation requirements.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The director will work with center staff  to manage: classroom environments, parent engagement, kitchen and Food Program standards and reporting, accreditation, NM Pre-K standards, audit preparation and responses, and ECECD regulations . Additionally, the director will embrace  Catholic Charities mission, vision and values of  honoring all those in need.  The candidate will work as part of Catholic Charities array of services to the community.
