Case Manager/Training & Community Service Specialist

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Nonprofit serving at risk, homeless youth and young adults seeking experienced person to provide services to adjudicated and at-risk youth and youth adults ages 14-24 throughout northern New Mexico. Will work individually with youth and their families, as well as link participants to services needed such as food, housing, medical and mental health services, academic counseling, life skills, career guidance, mentorships, internships, legal advocacy and follow-up services.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Day Shift. $14.52/hour + generous leave medical, dental, and retirement. Must have current CPR/First Aid certificates (will train) and current automobile insurance certificate. YSFS is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a Drug-Free Workplace and complies with ADA.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree and (1) year relevant experience in the human services field or HS Diploma or GED and (3) year relevant experience in the human services field; case management experience preferred; Fluency in Spanish/English preferred;
