Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Join our dedicated team as a Case Manager specializing in Supportive Housing, where you will play a vital role in empowering individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability to achieve stability and independence. In this dynamic position, you will coordinate services, advocate for clients, and foster collaborative relationships with landlords, service providers, and community agencies.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Advocate on behalf of clients to secure housing placements, negotiate lease agreements, and resolve disputes with landlords or property managers.
Facilitate motivational interviewing sessions to enhance client engagement, promote self-sufficiency, and foster positive behavioral change.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Proven experience in social work, case management, or property management within supportive housing or related settings.
Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ housing rights and resolve conflicts amicably..
Exps.
