Main Areas of Responsibility:
Support relationships between people of low income (Circle Leader) and Allies. Work with Circle Leaders on goal setting, educate about system resources and limitations, and support them to reach self-defined goals.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assist with recruiting and screening of possible Circle Leaders, Facilitate Circle Leadership Training, Provide on-going support: mediation services, Goal setting, Broker needed community services, provide leadership in team meetings and community meetings, Establish and maintain relationships with resources and social service agencies available throughout community, Assist in development of training materials as needs are identified
