Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Providing intensive, comprehensive case management for families who are at risk of homelessness, homeless, or recently exiting homelessness.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Answer phones, maintain records and files, assist with fundraisers, other duties as needed that are relevant to the success of Family Promise of Albuquerque.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor in Social Work. Experience on a year to year basis considered. Minimum of 4 years case management to include families. Timeliness. Attention to detail. Ability to meet clients where they are and assist them on their journey to self-sufficiency.
