Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides case management services for people who are disabled, elderly, or medically compromised and cannot afford or access comprehensive dental treatment for severe dental problems.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Potential for future supervisory responsibility

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work or other human services field required. 2 years experience serving elderly people or people with disabilities, preferably in a social services setting. 1-2 days per week. NE Heights location.
