Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides case management services for people who are disabled, elderly, or medically compromised and cannot afford or access comprehensive dental treatment for severe problems.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Future supervisory role possible.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work or other human services field, 2 years experience serving elderly people or people with disabilities. 2-3 days per week. NE Heights location.
