Case Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

New Mexico AIDS Services is seeking case managers for HIV+/AIDS clients. Duties include but not limited to interviewing new enrollees, assisting clients in accessing community resources and coordinating clinical services.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s level degree in a social service-related field and have solid written, verbal and computer skills. Bilingual preferred.
