Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Center for Family Self-Suff. & Housing Assistance. Conducts intake assessment interview to determine eligibility for program services; Develops client service plans; monitors and documents client progress, prepares reports, files, and advocates for clients as needed. Coordinates case management services with community agencies and other internal programs;

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA/BS in Social, Behavioral, or Health Sciences or an Associate’s degree preferred. Basic computer skills in MS Office and Windows required. Knowledge of Albuquerque social service systems, multicultural experience preferred.
