Case Management/CCSS Supervisor

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervise case management/CCSS team. Responsible for direct supervision of staff, monitoring budget and program planning.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA in a Human Services field or equivalent plus 4 years' case management experience with 2 years' supervisory experience in a social services environment a must. Must have experience working with people with mental health and substance use issues as well as underserved populations. Strong supervisory and computer skills necessary. Knowledge of local resources and assistance benefits a plus. EMR, CCSS experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
