Case Management Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Direct supervision of case management staff of 10 Case Managers, monitor budget, and program planning.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA in a human services field or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years case management experience and 2 years supervisory a must. Strong supervisory and computer skills required. Knowledge of local resources and assistance benefits a plus. EMR experience and bilingual preferred.
