Caregiver: Direct Support Personnel

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Prefer experience with DD Waiver and/or training requirements. Prefer two (2) years experience working with adults & elderly with disabilities assisting with daily living activities within adult day hab and/or residential facility.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Various Shifts: swing, graveyard, and weekends

Other Information/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 25 years old, must have reliable transportation, and maintain mandatory auto insurance.
• Able to operate personal and/or company's vehicles used for transportation of program participants.
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass background/fingerprint investigation, driving record, adhere to a drug-free workplace.
• No DUI/DWI conviction in the past seven (7) years.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
