Caregiver: Direct Support Personnel

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Experience with DD Waiver and/or training requirements. Prefer two (2) years experience working with adults & elderly with disabilities assisting with daily living activities within adult day hab and/or residential facility.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Must be at least 25 years old, must have reliable transportation, and maintain mandatory auto insurance.
Must be able to operate personal and/or company's vehicles used for transportation of program participants.
Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Must pass background/fingerprint investigation, driving record, adhere to a drug-free workplace.
No DUI/DWI conviction in the past seven (7) years.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Female applicants are encouraged to apply. Shift: Monday through Friday 7:55am to 5:00pm.
