Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for assessing & counseling adult refugees in the area of employment.
Creates employment plans
Makes referrals for job readiness & training
Works w/ Job Developer to make recommendations for placements

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Works 1-on-1 with refugees
Enhances motivation to work
Maintains client records & case files
Provides support for newly employed refugees

Other Information/Requirements: 

Strong communication skills, specifically in speaking and writing
Conflict resolution skills
Bilingual Eng/Span preferred
