Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Part time on call Nurse (RN or LPN) to work in our Adult Services program with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Duties include but are not limited to health assessments, developing and monitoring health care and crisis plans, training of staff on plans, over sight of medical care for individuals in supported living. Knowledge of developmental disabilities waiver is preferred.
