Business/Operations Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Business/Operations Manager will ensure that the financial, administrative, and human resources operations run smoothly. Duties will include performing daily accounting functions of accounts payable, cash receipts, accounts receivable, payroll, grant management, contract billing and management, human resources, and overall management of the day-to-day operations of the office.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related degree AND/OR 4 years of directly related experience; minimum of 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in a Quickbooks environment; good working knowledge of Excel and Word; nonprofit experience with grant billing preferred; experience with human resources and payroll a plus
