Main Areas of Responsibility:
Accounting:
• Develops and maintains contracts
• Prepare, monitor and adjust the annual budget
• Code incoming revenue, outside invoice, and monitor budget and cash flow
• Support outside Accountant
• Prepare payment checks
• Assist Development Director and Development Officer with tracking of donation revenue
• Maintains bank account balances using QuickBooks software
• Coordinate with Foundation administration to assure proper allocation of Foundation contributions
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Administration:
• Supports the grant application process
• Prepares schedules for symphony events and meetings
• Serves as administrative support for the Board of Directors
• Supports the Program Book advertising annual effort
• Assists with patron events, cultivation, acknowledgements, and mailings
• Monitors Non-exempt staff working hours and works with Outside Accountant to ensure accuracy
• Directly coordinates Production Manager and one administrative support position
