Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for managing all accounting, bookkeeping activities, weekly processing of staff expenditures/receipts, invoice processing, grant management, donation tracking & reporting, fiscal tracking on contracts and agreements, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll. Management of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, reporting and account management with local, state, and federal agencies, management of insurance policies, and Employee Policy Manual.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Successful applicants will have:
• A minimum of 2 – 3 years experience with QuickBooks
• QuickBooks Certification a plus.
• Experience managing nonprofit accounts a plus.
• Strong skills in using and organizing cloud-based administrative platforms including DropBox, Google Drive, Basecamp, and Slack.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and complete tasks.
