Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Business Manager will be responsible for all bookkeeping for the organization, as well as preparing month end financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and quarterly and annual reports and tax filings including 940, 941, and 990. Collaborates with auditors to complete annual audit. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Must be able to perform payroll functions for exempt and nonexempt employees, as well as 1099 eligible contractors and meet tax filing requirements for payroll. Prepares invoices for tuition, and manages accounts payable and receivable.
