Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Business Manager is responsible for performing financial management and related administrative duties in support of Leadership New Mexico. The Business Manager will monitor and process contracts, maintain all financial records and budgets, prepare all checks and invoices, collect funds on behalf of LNM, reconcile financial accounts for all programs and events, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and laws governing financial regulation of a non-profit organization.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable using Quickbooks. Board meeting and committee support. Maintenance of and enhancements to donor database and provide recommendations to organization regarding maintenance and growth of endowment fund.
