Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Processing of AP and cash disbursements
• Complete AR process, including invoicing, deposits and recording cash receipts
• Process payroll, including preparation of all State & Federal Tax filings
• Handles employee files and related HR duties
• Prepares bank reconciliations, month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, line item coding of transactions and financial statements
• General admin functions (answer phones, filing, assist Executive Director with clerical duties)
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• 3 to 5 years specific full cycle accounting with Non-Profit experience preferred
• Must have at least 2 years of experience with Quickbooks, Peachtree experience a plus
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Access database
• Knowledge of Constant Contact, Wordpress, Social Media (Facebook) Website management a plus
