Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Business Intelligence Analyst 3 will use advanced functions of Microsoft Access, Excel, and Business Objects; monitors and evaluates practice clinical and operational effectiveness; analyzes provider productivity, designs and implements integrated analytical studies, and makes recommendations for improvement to leadership; develops dashboards and visualizations using a Business Intelligence tool, like Tableau; and supports Population Health Management through data, reporting and analytics.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
You will perform and/or oversee strategic, broad-impact practice management and financial analyses, reporting, and technical systems development for the clinical enterprise at the request of organizational leaders; leads and coordinates at the request of organizational leaders the technical design and implementation of operational, clinical and/or financial analytical systems and reports; and may develop and deliver internal operational, clinical, financial and/or business intelligence training programs.
