Main Areas of Responsibility:
Key member of the management team, providing strategic leadership to meet operational and long-term revenue goals, including annual development plan, annual and major gifts campaigns; Tribal campaign and sales/sponsorship activity for $2.3 million annual development budget; Actively working with multiple stakeholders including AISES leadership, corporate partners, sponsors and various staff, supervision of vendors, contractors;
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Directing sales efforts with a focus on sustaining current corporate and foundation sponsorships while cultivating new corporate, foundation, event sales and individual giving opportunities; Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential AISES contributors through written correspondence, telephone conversations and face-to-face meetings; Craft sales development and event communications pieces that appeal to a wide variety of audiences; Travel required.
