Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Collaborate with NMCEH, BFZ, and homelessness service providers to establish a shared framework and guide initiative implementation. Foster communication, facilitate meetings, and build community partnerships to support common goals. Lead data collection and analysis efforts, ensuring continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across teams and stakeholders.

Other Information/Requirements: 

32 Hours per week - Monday thru Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm.
