Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Surveys buildings/grounds on a regular scheduled basis using a standard checklist. Talks to staff regularly in order to make and prioritize a list of maintenance/repairs/minor general construction activities that need to be done, as cleared by the Director of Operations. Especially clears any activity that appears to require professional trade licensing with the Director of Operations (DO).

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Comparatively prices and purchases supplies necessary for maintenance/repairs/minor general construction activities according to policies and procedures regulated by the Executive Director and Director of Finance.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A high school graduate. Sufficient skills and a minimum of two years experience in maintenance, construction, and custodial work to be self-reliant in maintaining/repairing/remodeling/cleaning. Ability to operate various types of tools and machinery. Have a valid Class D New Mexico Driver’s License that is on record in the business office.
