Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Building Futures & Foundations (BFF) Program Director provides operational leadership in the programmatic and administrative realms of the BFF program. Responsibilities include program development and implementation, programmatic financial and administrative management, and staff leadership and development. A strong knowledge and commitment to authentically engaging young people is required.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

A thorough understanding of the New Mexico Child Welfare System and social justice issues is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the resources and potential community partners related to the child welfare system in New Mexico is strongly preferred.
