Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• The Build Site Construction Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and oversight of construction activities as directed by the Construction Manager at GAHH (Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity) build sites.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and scaffolding (high work heights)
• The position will require spending a large portion of the work day walking and/or standing at times on un-level or inclined surfaces
• May be required to work outdoors in various, or extreme weather conditions.
• May be required to lift up to 40 pounds and carry for short distances.
• May be required to operate power vehicles, various power and/or hand tools.
