Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Budget Analyst/Coordinator must be able to analyze data, research problems, problem solve and use their expertise in financial and computer related fields and find the most efficient way to distribute funds and/or other sources among various departments and programs.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for budget creation, analysis and budget reporting to support the grant submittal process and the monthly analysis of revenue and expense reporting; working with the OLAO Program Management and Accounting to coordinate budget creation, budget reviews and modifications and budget reporting; and, must be able to create a budget, conduct budget analysis, forecast and research budget issues all in accordance to HELP-NM Accounting procedures and guidelines.
