Main Areas of Responsibility:
Homestart seeks a branch manager to lead its growing Albuquerque office. Primary responsibilities include business development and implementing strategies to achieve strong branch performance. The successful branch manager must: possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; be goal oriented; demonstrate leadership based on ability to inspire, motivate and engage commitment from others; be able to diagnose issues and develop plans for improvement.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Applicant must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of financial coaching and a customer service orientation required. College degree preferred. Experience in mortgage lending and new business development helpful. Bilingual a plus.
