Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Summary: Coordinates and manages BI programs within the Case Management department, providing leadership and supervision to BI program staff. BI Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the BI programs which include case management and support services functions.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises the BI program staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s polices and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance: rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Education and/or Experience: Master’s degree in social services preferred or minimum of BA/BS in social services, counseling or related field. Three to five years supervisory or management experience. Two plus years experience in rehabilitation counseling or case management and experience working with people with barriers. Licensure and/or certification as appropriate.
