Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of the day to day bookkeeping including payroll, banking, petty cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor file maintenance, revenue recording, payroll and employee records management, vendor records management and patient payment recording.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Bookkeeper will perform grant accounting duties including setup of the grant within the financial management system, monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with grant agreement, gather operational and milestone data, assist in report submission in accordance with grant requirements and close out grants upon completion.
