Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our operations team. We are looking for a part time bookkeeper and administrative assistant for approximately 20 hours per week. Our ideal candidate will have at least three years experience with nonprofit bookkeeping and accounting and will be an expert in Quickbooks. We are looking for an individual who is highly-organized and self-motivated, who displays initiative and ability to work in a team environment.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant will work in TREC’s Santa Fe office part-time to keep and maintain our internal and fiscal standards. The Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ongoing fiscal management including A/R, A/P, payroll and the production of monthly financial statements. The Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant will assist TREC’s Operations Director and Executive Director with the annual audit, all licensing and insurance and reporting requirements.
