Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our operations team. We are looking for a part time bookkeeper and administrative assistant for approximately 20 hours per week. Our ideal candidate will have at least five years experience with nonprofit bookkeeping and accounting and is an expert in Quickbooks. We are looking for an individual who is highly-organized, displays initiative, self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant will work in TREC’s Santa Fe office part-time to keep and maintain our internal and fiscal standards. He/she will be responsible for ongoing fiscal management including A/R, A/P, payroll and the production of monthly financial statements. He/she will assist with the annual audit, all licensing and insurance and reporting requirements. He/she will also assist in other administrative duties in support of TREC.
