Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for supporting the organization with basic bookkeeping duties. The ideal candidate will have great attention to accuracy and detail, be proficient with routine work and also be friendly, energetic and work well with others. The position is part-time ( 2 days/week or approx 16 hours/week) in a small, but multi-faceted office.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Administrative duties.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum Requirements
Associates degree, bookkeeping certificate and/or at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and GAAP.
Proficient use of QuickBooks Pro.
Proficient use of MS Outlook, Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets.
Knowledge of non-profit accounting, fund accounting a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
Comfortable with use of computers and multi-function copier.
