Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides direct patient care and supervision in behavior analysis. Responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing behavior analytic services for individuals with developmental disabilities such as autism spectrum disorders. May teach students/trainees, and educates and consults with families of clients, schools or other community programs.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A master’s degree in behavior analysis or a closely related field is required with at least 3 years’ experience in the design, implementation and oversight of behavior analytic services. Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification board (BACB) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is also required. Verification of education and licensure (if applicable) will be required if selected for hire.
