Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We provide volunteer and low cost in-home care to those in need in Santa Fe and the surrounds. We are seeking a part time scheduler to join our small, dedicated team. You will report directly to the Office and Service Manager. Training and orientation will be provided.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Staff the office including answering phones and handling walk-in inquiries
• Conduct client intake interviews
• Create files and maintain records
• Liaise by phone with clients
• Schedule caregivers and maintain scheduling database
• Respond to new volunteer and caregiver inquires
• Provide administrative support for volunteer training
• Attend staff meetings

How to Apply: 

This is a part time position of 12 hours per week, $15 per hour
It can be salaried or contract.
This position has the potential to grow in the next year.
