Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Bilingual Receptionist (BR) is an ambassador and acts as “Director of First Impressions,” ensuring that all stakeholders have an outstanding experience and are delighted by Accion’s warm, personal, highly responsive customer service, whether in English or Spanish. The BR answers all in-coming calls warmly, professionally and in a polished manner; maintains a beautiful, clean, well-organized, well-functioning, hospitable and visually pleasing environment for visitors and internal staff.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The BR provides outstanding administrative support to internal staff to ensure smooth office operations, including keeping all shared work spaced in an immaculate, functional condition, distributing mail, ordering and organizing office supplies, maintaining office equipment and making some staff travel arrangements. The BR sets up and breaks down meetings and events, manages the office calendar and manages the exterior/interior building and grounds maintenance
