Bilingual Portfolio Quality Officer

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

To meet the needs of our communities with excellence, we are looking for a Portfolio Quality Officer to help with our collections and asset recovery efforts and to provide outstanding client support. The Portfolio Quality Officer works directly with clients in the resolution of a host of loan servicing issues, while contributing to the success of their entrepreneurial endeavors.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Provide guidance and support on payment challenges and educate clients about financial and credit management;
• Remain in constant contact with loan clients through a combination of in-person, phone and client business site visits;
• Play a central role in shaping the organization’s financial products, services and credit culture.

• Must have a passion for Accion’s mission and a strong commitment to Accion’s culture of exceptional customer service, excellence and accountability;
• Must be highly accountable and goal-oriented, and thrive in a strictly compliant and upbeat organizational culture;
• Bachelor’s degree preferred;
• English/Spanish fluency required;
• Experience with collections, lending, bankruptcy, property law, or legal assistant/paralegal work preferred.
