Main Areas of Responsibility:
As a first point of contact, the Office Administrator (OA) plays a key ambassadorial role and acts as “Director of First Impressions,” ensuring that all stakeholders have an outstanding experience and are delighted by our warm, personal, highly responsive customer service, whether in English or Spanish. The Office Administrator answers all in-coming calls and maintains a beautiful, clean, well-organized, well-functioning and hospitable environment for visitors and internal staff.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The OA provides outstanding administrative support to internal staff to ensure smooth office operations, including keeping all shared work spaced in immaculate condition, distributing mail, ordering and organizing office supplies, maintaining office equipment and making staff travel arrangements. The OA sets up and breaks down meetings and events, manages the office calendar and is responsible for the exterior/interior building and grounds maintenance
