Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Bilingual Office Administrator (BOA) plays a key ambassadorial role, ensuring that all stakeholders have an outstanding experience and are delighted by Accion’s warm, professional customer service, whether in English or in Spanish. The BOA answers all in-coming calls, maintains a beautiful, hospitable and well-functioning environment for visitors and staff.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The BOA provides outstanding administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including: keeping shared work spaces in good condition, distributing mail, ordering/organizing supplies and maintaining equipment. The BOA sets up/breaks down meetings, manages the office calendar, addresses building and maintenance issues.
