Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Office Administrator acts in an ambassadorial role, warmly welcoming and knowledgeably directing incoming visitors and phone inquiries to the right resource with full English/Spanish fluency. The Office Administrator ensures smooth office operations by providing outstanding administrative support related to incoming mail, office supplies, team correspondence, office equipment servicing and staff travel arrangements, as well as seting-up office events and manages the office calendar.

The Office Administrator must have a passion for helping people and the work of ACCION. He or she must be able to manage multiple concurrent short-term projects, moving them toward completion with high attention to detail; complete tasks and deliver projects on–time or ahead of schedule; seek continual improvement and strives for excellence in all activities.
