Bilingual Navigator

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Bilingual Navigator will provide support to families with new babies, especially in Many Mothers' target populations (families that meet low-income requirements, are young parents, or speak only Spanish). The Bilingual Navigator will also connect these families to community resources in the areas of parenting, housing, transportation, food, safety, and utilities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Fully Bilingual Spanish/English speaking ability is required for this position. Ideal candidate will also have social work experience and knowledge of the network of social service and community agencies in Santa Fe County.
