Bilingual Maternal Navigator

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Maternal Navigators partner with women throughout their pregnancy to improve maternal and child health. Navigators create a supportive plan specific to their circumstances, values, and culture. Staff meet with moms in their homes, at our offices, at community meeting place, etc. to achieve their goals. Provides various services: transportation, connect to resources for basic needs and access to long-term support in postpartum.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High school diploma. AA in early childhood development, Doula work, Lactation consulting or related field preferred. At least 1-year experience working with expectant mothers, infants, toddlers and families. Valid New Mexico Driver’s License. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
